We are in charge for the executive search for the biggest and most innovative online art-selling Start-Up in Berlin. We are looking for an entrepreneurial VP Software Engineering/CTO to manage and help the team of 8-9 IT Specialist by setting the direction of the company’s IT in communication with the Product Development, Marketing and Board Team.

As a part of the C-Level Team you will represent the technological agenda in staff meetings, make hiring decisions, consolidate their technology platforms and create plans for each other. Also, you will maintain current knowledge of newest technology landscapes and developments. Overseeing all system designs and changes in system architecture, taking the initiative in leadership, creativity and innovation will also be a part of this exciting role.
